Return Policy

Each of our pieces is made to order—created specifically for you. Because of this personalized approach, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide store credit on approved returns.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for store credit equal to your purchase value (excluding shipping costs), provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All tags and packaging are intact

• A return request is submitted within the 7-day window

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days and may be used toward future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exceptions

Items that are damaged upon arrival or sent incorrectly will be replaced at no cost or fully refunded at your preference. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or error. Customized, personalized, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and remain responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us. Tracked shipping and appropriate packaging are recommended.

We will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

• Include: order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos for any damage/defect claims

• Deadline: send your request within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items

• Customized or personalized items

• Items marked as final sale

• Items not in original condition (used, washed, missing tags/packaging)

Processing timelines

• Return authorization issued within 2 business days of your request

• Inspection within 2–3 business days from receipt at our facility

• Store credit (for eligible returns) issued within 5–7 business days after inspection
