1) ABOUT US  

This website and e-commerce store are owned and managed by Foyett FZ- LLC, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, (hereinafter referred to as "FOYETT"). All information, products, and services provided are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using this website.  

2) SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE  

These Terms govern your access to and use of FOYETT and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UAE law. Contracts concluded electronically are valid under UAE law when the steps below are met.   

3) ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER  

Each Foyett piece is individually crafted on a made-to-order basis. The display of an item on our website does not constitute a binding offer to sell. By placing an order, you submit a request for a made-to-order garment.  

We will review your order and confirm acceptance once all details — including availability of materials, measurements (if applicable), and payment — have been verified. Only upon such confirmation does a binding agreement take effect, and production of your piece will begin. Please note that due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has commenced (please refer to section no. 8).  

4) DELIVERY & SHIPPING  

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the specified recipient in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time. Orders within the UAE and internationally are shipped via DHL for expedited delivery. Each purchase is insured during transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your order but have not received an email with tracking details, please contact us, and we will provide you with a tracking number or assist you in tracking your shipment.  

Delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number, will be stored for shipping purposes. No other personally identifiable information will be retained.  

We strive to dispatch most orders within 5 business days, subject to item specifications, credit card clearance, stock availability, your location, order time, address verification, and shipping constraints. If there is an unexpected delay or an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.  

We ship to all countries via DHL Express. Depending on the destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning that any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.  

If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or fail to accept the shipment despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to FOYETT, and you will be responsible for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.  

For UAE deliveries, FOYETT offers free shipping. International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. International shipping for orders above 4,000 AED will be free of charge.   

Please note that once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and fully refunded.  

5) ELIGIBILITY & TERRITORY  

You must be (1) legally capable of entering into contracts and (2) using the Services in a country we ship to (see Section 9). Business resale is not permitted unless we agree in writing.  

6) PROMOTIONS  

Pricing is subject to change without notice, including flash sales and promotions. Discount codes are valid on full-price items unless otherwise stated. All discount codes are valid for a specific period of time, and therefore orders made before or after the advertised promotion will not be reimbursed. Promotions will be advertised through select media, as chosen by FOYETT.  

7) TERMS OF EXCHANGE, REFUND & RETURNS  

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To prevent sizing issues, we encourage customers to carefully review our Size Guide before purchasing. Each Foyett piece is individually handcrafted on a made-to-order basis. As every garment is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.  

We accept exchanges or offer store credit only for unworn, unused items returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached. Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery and approved by our team prior to return shipment.  

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Once the returned piece has been inspected and approved, we will issue store credit or process the exchange as agreed.  

Please note that custom, personalized, or altered items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance unless proven defective.  

If an item shows signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend returning items via reputable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.  

To initiate a return, please email support@foyett.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Once we confirm your request, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.   

8) CANCELLATION POLICY  

If you wish to cancel an order after making an online payment, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After a 24 hour mark, the orders are not refundable.   

9) STORE CREDIT TERMS  

Subject to our return policy, if you wish to return and exchange the item, FOYETT will issue store credit.  

• Store credit is only valid for purchases made on foyett.com  
• It cannot be transferred to another person or an account.  
• Store credit cannot be purchased and is only issued when returning an item and selecting Store Credit as the refund method.  
• If a purchase exceeds the store's credit balance, an additional payment method will be required for the remaining amount.  

10) PAYMENT  

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in USD (United States Dollars), AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), EUR (Euros), and GBP (Pound Sterling). All transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway to ensure the highest standards of safety and encryption.  

If you choose “Credit Card Online” as your payment method, the cardholder’s name must match the customer’s details provided at checkout.  

At this stage, we do not accept:  

• Cash on Delivery  

• Bank Transfers  

• Cheques  

All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If a transaction is declined, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order.  

For security reasons, first-time online customers may be required to ensure that the shipping address matches the billing address associated with their payment card.  

All payments on foyett.com are processed securely via our authorized payment provider. Foyett FZ-LLC does not store or have access to your credit card details.  

11) THE WEBSITE  

While FOYETT implements industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or security breaches. Accessing the website is at your own risk. We are not liable if our services are unavailable due to factors beyond our control.  

Content on this website is presented "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. We reserve the right to amend errors, update product information, withdraw site content, or make changes at any time.  

NOTICES  

• The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as those printed on your Transaction Receipt.  
• Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.  
• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and foyett.com policies and rules.  
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.   

12) LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.  

You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.  

13) JURISDICTION

This website is controlled and operated by FOYETT in the UAE. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place on our website are governed by UAE law. In case of any disputes, the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law. Foyett.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.  

Note: United Arab of Emirates is FOYETT’s country of domicile.

This website is owned, managed and operated by FOYETT FZ- LLC. All content, pictures, designs, logos, photos & other materials on our website, social media websites are copyrighted to FOYETT and authors, designers, photographers etc. All worldwide rights are reserved. This site and its contents may only be used for personal non-commercial use. Any reproduction in the whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.  

15) GENERAL

We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please check back every time you visit or shop online.
